Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. zucchini squash, grated
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except nuts.
Batter will be stiff; add nuts.
Stir and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan or three (9-inch) pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 40 minutes according to pan size used.
May be iced if desired.
Can be frozen for later use.
