Boston Brown Bread(A Quick Version That Doesn'T Have To Be Steamed!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. finely crushed graham crackers
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg, well beaten or 1/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1 c. sour milk
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 to 1 1/4 c. all-bran cereal
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix flour and soda together; stir in dry crumbs.
    Cut in shortening with fork or pastry blender until mixture looks like meal.
    Mix remaining ingredients in and stir until well blended.
    Pour into 2 well-greased No. 303 cans (use multiple soup cans for smaller loaves), filling each a little over half full.
    Bake 35 minutes.
