Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 large onion, diced
    1 qt. milk
    2 c. sour cream
    4 oz. Cheez Whiz
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cover potatoes and onions with water and cook until done.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium low heat until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and heated through stirring occasionally.
    Freezes well.
