Irish Bread 3 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 large egg, beaten
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. caraway seed (optional)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter (oil or margarine may also be used)
milk (enough to moisten)
1/4 c. white vinegar to make milk sour
Preparation

Grease muffin pans well with butter all the way to the top of each pan.
Fill batter high; sprinkle tops with sugar.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes 12 large muffins.
