White Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. warm water
    1 yeast cake
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water, sugar, salt and oil in saucepan.
    Put in yeast. Stir a couple of times and let stand until yeast forms little spots of rising.
    Put sifted flour in large bowl, then put in other ingredients.
    Knead well and let rise a couple of hours or until double.
    Put into loaves or rolls and let rise again.
    Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
    More or less as needed.
