Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw zucchini, unpeeled
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. salt
    6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy, gradually beat in
    oil and sugar. Add zucchini, cinnamon, salt, baking soda
    and\tbaking\tpowder. Mix well.
    Gradually blend in flour, mixing
    well
    after
    each addition.
    Fold in chopped nuts, and chips.
    Use
    Bundt
    pan or loaf
    pans, filling 3/4 full.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven
    for
    1
    hour. Great with cream cheese.
    This recipe will make
    6\tsmall
    loaf pans.
