Martin Warner'S Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. plus or minus Gibralter semi-sweet chocolate (Gibralter is a Peter's Brand and available at Fowlers)
    2 sticks butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    1 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9-inch Pyrex pan.
    No bowl needed.
    In large pot over direct low heat, melt chocolate, butter and sugar.
    Remove from heat; whisk in eggs, one at a time.
    Whisk in vanilla and molasses.
    Stir in flour, nuts and chocolate chips. Bake 30 minutes.
    Cake is done when whole center puffs up and surface cracks across the center.
    Cool for hours before cutting. Center will fall during cooling.
    End product is fudgy.
    Add more flour for a more cakey brownie (yuck).
