Melt In Your Mouth Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled egg yolks
    3 sticks butter, softened
    3 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    colored sprinkles
    1/8 c. milk or 1 egg yolk
    powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation
    Sift egg yolks very fine into large bowl.
    Mix in butter, flour, sugar and vanilla.
    Thoroughly mix with hands (warmth from hands helps bind dough).
    Roll into 2 1/2 to 2-inch round logs. Freeze or refrigerate until firm.
    Slice cookies 1/4-inch thick. Place on cookie sheet.
    Using milk or egg white, brush on cookies to help sprinkles stick.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes, until edges only are light golden brown.
    Dust with sugar.
    Remove carefully.
