Ingredients

1 egg white
2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
Preparation

Beat egg white until frothy; add sugar and beat until egg white melts the sugar.
Add nuts; mix well.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until brown.
Let cool before removing from pan.
Makes 24 cookies.
