Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 or more potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 chopped onion
    1 lb. bag carrots
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place in layers in casserole or crock-pot, starting with meat, then onion, celery, carrots and potatoes.
    Sprinkle remaining seasonings and soups over layers.
    Do not stir.
    Cover tightly and do not remove cover.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours or in crock-pot on high for 5 hours.
