Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. strawberries (may be frozen or thawed)

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and oil.
Mix flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Blend into egg mixture.
Add nuts and strawberries.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Yield:
2 loaves.
