Low-Fat Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim buttermilk
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    3/4 oz. cornflakes, crushed
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 lb. chicken, skinned
    4 tsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk and Tabasco sauce.
    Mix cornflakes, flour, salt and pepper. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable oil. Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture.
    Roll in cornflake mixture. Drizzle oil over chicken. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 15 to 20 minutes more.
