Granny'S Ginger Cakes(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sour milk
    1 pt. melted lard
    1 pt. molasses
    2 pt. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 small jars ginger
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 handful soda
    1 tsp. cardamom
    2 or 3 eggs
    flour (enough to handle)
Preparation
    Mix to very soft dough.
    Roll out and cut into blocks.
    Do not have leftover dough for next turn to roll.
    Dries out too much. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
