Pone Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    oil
Preparation
    Mix
    cornmeal,\tsalt and margarine.
    Add boiling water. Stir the
    ingredients.
    Wet
    your hands and shape into patties about 1/2-inch
    thick.
    Fry in oil until golden, turning once. Remove and drain.
