Curried Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen or canned baby limas
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. bean juice and water (mix together)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. croutons, crushed
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook limas as directed.
    Drain and save liquid.
    Combine onion, red pepper, soup and water in saucepan.
    Heat thoroughly. Remove from heat; blend sour cream and curry powder into soup mixture.
    Stir in limas.
    Turn mixture into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine crumbs with melted butter.
    Add crumbled bacon. Sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
