Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sour milk
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Cream shortening.
    Add sugar and beaten eggs; mix well.
    Mash bananas and rub through sieve.
    Add milk.
    Add nuts to sifted flour and dry ingredients.
    Fold into creamed mixture gradually.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
