Betty'S Banana Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 very ripe bananas
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix the bananas, mashed with a fork and the eggs.
    In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
    Add vanilla, eggs and bananas.
    Add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt and mix well.
    Add nuts, raisins and, if needed, a bit more flour.
    Drop on oiled cookie sheet.
    Bake 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Remove from pans with broad spatula while warm.
    Makes 4 dozen.
