White Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter or oleo
3 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pet milk or cream
1 tsp. soda (in milk or cream)
1 1/2 tsp. flavoring (lemon or vanilla)
4 c. or more flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. (or less) nutmeg
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Mix sugar, oleo and eggs. Then add brown sugar, salt, pet milk, soda, flavoring, then mix with dry ingredients of flour, nutmeg and cream of tartar.
Use more nutmeg if using more flour. Use cookie cutters for shapes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.
Frost when cool.
