Quick Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. room temperature beer

Preparation

Mix and bake in greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
Top with butter.
Cool in pan 1 hour before taking out.
