Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (12 oz.) carton cream-style small curd cottage cheese (1 1/2 c.)
chopped pimiento or parsley
celery and carrot strips
Preparation

Combine onion, salt and cottage cheese.
Beat well with mixer. Chill several hours.
Stir in 1 tablespoon finely chopped pimiento or parsley.
Serve with celery or carrot strips.
