Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling*
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. chocolate chips
2 eggs or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

*Pudding flavors: Butter pecan, butterscotch, milk chocolate, chocolate fudge, French vanilla or vanilla flavor.
