Mom'S Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic bulb
    4 can chopped clams (6 1/2 oz. each)
    salt and pepper
    sweet basil
    chopped parsley
    tarragon
    6 oz. bottle clam juice
Preparation
    Saute minced garlic in olive oil until light brown (the more garlic the better!).
    Drain clams.
    Add juice only to sauteed garlic.
    Save bottled juice.
    Add salt, pepper and basil.
    Heat for 10 minutes over medium heat.
    Add clams.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add chopped parsley and tarragon (just a sprinkle).
