Apple Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. milk
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. toasted wheat germ
    1 large apple, chopped
Preparation
    Combine eggs, bananas,
    sugar,
    oil
    and
    milk.
    Combine flour and wheat germ separate.
    Add
    banana
    mixture
    to
    flour mixture. Fold apples into batter.
    Grease 2 loaf pans and pour equal amounts of batter into each.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool and remove from pans.
    Wrap and store loaves.
