Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. ripe, mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine and stir dry ingredients.
Cream margarine with sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, bananas, nuts and sour cream.
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix at low speed until blended.
Pour into greased (Pam works great) 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Yields 1 loaf.
