Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 small mushrooms (about 1/5 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth.
    Remove stems and chop stems finely; set aside.
    Heat butter in large skillet; saute mushroom caps, on bottom side only.
    Arrange rounded side down in shallow baking pan.
