Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Zucchini, grated
    2 c. Walnuts, chopped
    4 Eggs
    2 c. Sugar
    1 c. Oil
    3 1/2 c. unsifted Flour
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
    3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 c. Raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs gradually, sugar and oil.
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Alternately to egg mixture.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Flour and grease 2 loaf pans.
    Separate mixture equally in pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Freezes very well.
