Bethany Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. Rice Krispies
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. butterscotch chips
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Blend butter and salad oil. Cream in the sugars.
    Beat in the egg and vanilla. Sift together the flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar. Add to the mixture. Work in the oatmeal, coconut, Rice Krispies, chips x 2 and chopped pecans. Drop onto baking sheets (by teaspoons). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
