Rachel'S Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tsp. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
7 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. potato water
1/2 c. Mazola oil
1/2 c. lard
14 to 16 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together.
Let rise, punch down twice and let rise double in bulk.
Grease loaf pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
