Rachel'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    7 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 c. potato water
    1/2 c. Mazola oil
    1/2 c. lard
    14 to 16 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Let rise, punch down twice and let rise double in bulk.
    Grease loaf pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
