Eggnog Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. eggnog
1/4 c. melted butter
3 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. chopped candied fruit
Preparation

Mix egg, eggnog and butter.
Sift in dry ingredients; stir in pecans and fruit.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
