Unleavened Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. whole-wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl together, using a fork to stir first.
Then, use hands to combine ingredients into stiff dough.
Dough will be sticky at first, but continue working dough until smooth and elastic.
Pinch dough into 1-inch balls and flatten to about a 3-inch round.
Bake in an oven or electric skillet at 400\u00b0 until slightly browned.
