Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 sticks butter
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda and salt together, then add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately. Add vanilla.
    Pour in greased and floured tube pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 or until cake stays in place when touched lightly with finger.
    Cake will pull away from pan slightly.
