Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    4 1/4 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. grated extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast on water.
    Add sugar, salt and 2 cups flour, then eggs and cheese.
    Beat well.
    Add remaining flour.
    Knead lightly.
    Let stand 10 minutes, covered.
    Divide into 2 loaves and let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes. Keep in pans about 10 minutes before removing.
