Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    4 large eggs or 5 medium (egg substitute works fine)
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 3/4 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
    1 c. coconut flakes
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda and set aside.
    Beat sugar, eggs and vegetable oil with mixer until smooth.
    Slowly add flour mixture (using spoon instead of mixer) until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients to flour and sugar mixture.
