Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. shredded yellow squash
    3 c. self-rising flour
    nuts, optional
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla with mixer.
    Add other ingredients.
    Mix with spoon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes for a loaf or 30 to 35 minutes for cupcakes.
