Cocoa Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. white flour
1 c. oat flour or ground oatmeal
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 c. honey
2 very ripe bananas
1/3 c. nonfat milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. egg whites (about 6 eggs)
Preparation

In medium bowl, put flours, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda.
Set aside.
In another bowl, blend honey, egg whites, bananas, milk and vanilla.
Fold into first mixture.
Spray two loaf pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Contains 136 calories, .6 grams fat and no cholesterol.
