Zucchini Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. finely chopped zucchini
    Crisco for deep frying
Preparation
    In medium bowl,
    stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Combine milk, egg and zucchini.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix just
    until moistened.
    Drop from tablespoon into deep Crisco heated to 375\u00b0.
    Fry a few at a time until golden, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain
    on
    paper towel.
    Makes 24 fritters.
    Serve with Cheese Sauce.
