Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popcorn
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in sugar, syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat.
    Add soda and vanilla, gradually pouring over popcorn.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Store tightly covered.
