Butterscotch Walnut Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box butterscotch pudding
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 1/4 c. walnuts (English)
Preparation
    Mix pudding and sugar together.
    Slowly pour in evaporated milk.
    Add oleo; stir constantly.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Lower heat; cook and stir 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add walnuts; beat until it thickens slightly.
    Drop by teaspoons onto aluminum foil.
    Let cool.
    Makes 2 dozen.
