Pizzelle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine, melted *
    2 Tbsp. vanilla or anise
    3 1/2 c. flour (approximately)
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add cooled margarine and vanilla or anise.
    Sift flour and baking powder together and add to egg mixture.
    Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon.
    Drop by spoonful into Pizzelle iron.
