Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    3 eggs
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix
    flour,
    baking
    powder and cinnamon together.
    Set aside. Mix
    eggs\tand
    oil
    together.
    Add sugar and vanilla. Gradually stir
    in flour mixture, beating well.
    Add zucchini and pecans. Stir
    well\tand
    pour
    into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until lightly browned.
