Blitz Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, divided and at room temperature
1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. milk
2 c. shredded coconut, divided
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream, beaten stiff
Preparation

Grease two (9-inch) cake pans, line with wax paper and grease the paper.
Beat egg whites, adding 1 cup of sugar a little at a time until egg whites are stiff.
Set aside.
