Cranberry Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
3/4 c. cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Process bananas in food processor until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and process only until evenly mixed.
Turn into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Yield: 1 loaf.
