Baked Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Vienna or Italian bread
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
    2 sticks butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. minced onion (1 Tbsp. instant)
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Slice bread diagonally in both directions. Stuff sliced cheese into openings. Place bread on large piece of foil on top of cookie sheet. Mix butter with seasonings and mushrooms. Pour butter mix over bread. Seal foil over bread. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
