Penuche Nut Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Put brown sugar, milk and Crisco in saucepan; set over low heat until dissolved.
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Let boil 1 minute; beat until thick enough to spread.
