Powdered Sugar Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. milk
    additional milk
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar and butter or margarine.
    Mix thoroughly with a spoon.
    Stir in the vanilla and 2 tablespoons milk.
    Stir in additional milk, one teaspoon at a time, until icing is smooth and drizzling consistency.
