Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed until well blended.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Combine flour, salt and soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
    Mix just until blended.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. You may flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with tines of fork. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes or until set and just beginning to brown.
    Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet before removing.
    Yields 3 dozen cookies.
