Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 bananas, sliced
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream together the butter, sugar and bananas.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine dry ingredients; stir gently, alternating with liquid, into the creamed mixture.
Add nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in loaf pan.
