Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk (sour or buttermilk)
    2 c. rhubarb, cut in pieces
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oleo and sugar until fluffy.
    Add egg and beat.
    Alternate dry ingredients with milk (put soda in sour milk).
    Add rhubarb and vanilla.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with 1 cup brown or white sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and nuts.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
