Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    3 beaten eggs
    3 crushed bananas
    1 Tbsp. sour milk
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
    Add well beaten eggs, then bananas and sour milk.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together, then add to banana mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake in greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
