Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 lightly beaten egg
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cornflakes, crushed or Rice Krispies
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. Macadamia nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in oil, egg and vanilla. Add cereal. Sift flour and baking powder into butter and sugar mixture.
Stir to combine. Add oats, coconut, nuts and chocolate chips. Stir well.
Place heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet 2-inches apart. Flatten top slightly with fork.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned in a 325\u00b0 oven.
Makes 4 dozen.
